Major Tobacco Control Litigation Victories

The International Legal Consortium at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids has compiled a list of more than two dozen significant litigation victories from courts and tribunals around the world where public health has prevailed over tobacco interests. These cases have been chosen for their wider international significance and include examples from advertising bans to smoke-free regulations.
